These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calculator app (“the App”), published by MystiCode (“we”, “us”, “our”) at mystickode.com. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
The App is a personal-productivity utility offering everyday calculation tools, including a standard calculator, currency converter, percentage-split calculator, and date/time calculators. It is provided for personal, informational, and convenience purposes only.
The App is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any financial, business, or legal decision.
2. No Warranty; Accuracy of Results
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In particular:
- Currency conversion rates are sourced from a free, third-party public exchange-rate API and are provided for general reference only. Rates may be delayed, approximate, or occasionally unavailable, and should not be used for binding financial transactions, trading decisions, or official reporting.
- Date, time, and percentage calculations are performed using standard mathematical logic. While we test this logic carefully, we do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific critical use.
You are responsible for independently verifying any result before relying on it for an important decision.
3. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell access to the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MystiCode and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MystiCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any reliance on calculation results, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Changes to the App or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature of it) at any time, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
